Excellent Stay Near Retiro Park
helpful staff efficient service positive attitude excellent assistance
I found the staff helpful. They seemed dedicated to. The breakfast service was particularly efficient. Virginia and Laura consistently worked diligently and maintained a positive attitude. Nico, Fati, and possibly Iraki offered excellent assistance at reception.
The hot water was inconsistent. There was no bar available. The room provided coffee sachets, however, a coffee machine should be present.

The Family Room was very clean. It came well-equipped with many thoughtful amenities. The bathroom was similarly super clean. It offered a comfortable shower experience, ensuring a refreshing start to the day.

Breakfast featured a very good selection. It included many varieties of food to choose from. Virginia and Miriam provided special service. This service greatly contributed to a positive dining atmosphere each morning.

The hotel's location proved convenient. It allowed easy exploration of the city center on foot. Retiro Park was nearby. Most museums and the Bernabeu stadium were also accessible, simplifying our sightseeing plans.

Central and comfortable stay
quiet street breakfast selection comfortable bed
The location is really good as it allows easy access to various city areas. I appreciated the quiet street near the park. Breakfast offered a very good selection. The bed was comfortable, and i found the hotel quiet at night.
I noticed a shortage of hot water in my room and had cold showers. There was no bar for relaxation. The coffee sachets in the room should have been replaced with a coffee machine. The hotel felt more like a hostel than a four-star hotel.

Staff members were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast staff ensured all food items were well stocked. They quickly replaced the items. The hotel is perfectly positioned for exploring.
